With approximately 20+ years experience combined as a former real estate paralegal and closing attorney, Pamela understands the process from start to finish. Her paralegals also been assisting on closings and have approximately 15+ years experience. We are on several lenders approved Attorneys Lists. Call us to find out if we are already on your bank’s or lender’s list. Most of our clients request us with their loan officer and we are often added to the lender’ list at our client’s request.

It’s important to understand the contents before signing your name on any document. Attorney Linskey and her team will completely evaluate any P&S Agreement so you know what’s being promised to you and expected from you. If you find the agreement to be unsatisfactory, we will step in to negotiate a new set of fair terms.
